To protect appointment availability and give every guest the best salon experience, please review our cancellation, no-show, deposit, and appointment policies before scheduling.
We kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service amount.
No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service amount and may be required to prepay for future appointments.
A credit card may be required on file to reserve appointments and process any applicable cancellation, no-show, or deposit fees.
Services priced at $100 or more may require a non-refundable 50% deposit. The deposit is applied toward the final checkout balance and may be forfeited for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or for no-shows.
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need modified services or may need to reschedule, depending on the service and appointment availability.
Appointment reminders and confirmations are provided as a courtesy. Guests remain responsible for remembering their scheduled appointment date and time.
